Pulaski, WI - July 31, 2008 - Genmar Yacht Group, makers of Carver and Marquis brand yachts, received its fourth consecutive Marine Industry CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Award presented by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA).  The company will be formally acknowledged at the annual Industry Award Breakfast during the 2008 International BoatBuilders' Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) located in the Miami Beach Convention Center. 

"We are proud to have won the prestigious NMMA CSI Award for the fourth year in a row.  This award confirms our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.  It is also a tribute to those people who design and build these premium yachts," stated Ray Gilles, director of customer service.   

The Marine Industry CSI Award program recognizes those companies who pursue continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.  Based on consumer surveys a company has to maintain a standard of excellence in customer satisfaction to receive this honor.  Genmar Yacht Group has also received the trade association's highest recognition of customer satisfaction in 2005, 2006 and 2007.

The NMMA Customer Satisfaction Index program was launched in 2001 to provide manufacturers with cost effective means to improve consumer's boating experience.  To date, more than 400,000 surveys have been distributed to consumers allowing participating boat and engine manufacturers to monitor customer satisfaction on a year-round basis.
